Testigos del accidente, se\u00f1alaron como responsable al conductor del veh\u00edculo Mazda color rojo que quit\u00f3 el derecho de paso, al momento de salir del bulevar Galer\u00edas, cuando pretend\u00eda incorporarse a Carranza, atraves\u00e1ndose al paso de los cuatro veh\u00edculos que no pudieron evitar el impacto colisionando entre s\u00ed.
