El hombre presuntamente se qued\u00f3 dormido en el agua, donde su amigo con el que hab\u00eda tomado bebidas embriagantes momentos antes, lo encontr\u00f3 mientras tomaban un descanso en una jardinera, por lo que pidi\u00f3 ayuda para sacarlo, al verlo inconsciente.
